The success of the Wooden Boat Festival is dependent on the help of dedicated Vendors. Please take this opportunity to sign up and help make the 2024 festival the best. We are grateful for your time and support of the Maritime Museum Louisiana.
Terms and Conditions
My signature confirms my understanding that the organizers, their associates, representatives, sponsors, Maritime Museum Louisiana, and affiliated associations will not be responsible for any damage to equipment, or injury suffered by me, my workers or assistants at this event.
My signature confirms my understanding that it is my obligation to fulfill the specified number (500) of appetizer-sized portions required to participate in Maritime Mania 2019 and I will not “sell” any items. Persons or restaurants selling items will be asked to leave.
Vendors agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Wooden Boat Festival, Maritime Museum Louisiana, Antique & Classic Boat Society Bayou Chapter, and Lake Pontchartrain Sail & Power Squadron for any loss or damage to property or for personal injury or injury that may occur as a result of participation in the Wooden Boat Festival. Boat owner ensures adequate liability insurance policy is in force and boat has current registration.
BY SIGNING THE VENDOR ACKNOWLEDGES RECEIPT AND AGREES TO ABIDE BY ALL RULES & REGULATIONS, VENDOR MUST INITIAL RULES AND RETURN WITH APPLICATION.
